General Policies

Local Delivery

  • Delivery or local shipping applies only to the metropolitan area,
    that is, a maximum of 15km from the Sativa Smokeshop & More branch in
    Obarrio.

  • If you select a shipping cost, for a different address or area
    to the one you provide, the shipment will be canceled. (example: you reside in
    condado del rey and put this address, but select “delivery san francisco”,
    cancellation will apply)

  • Shipments to the North and East Panama area and locations that
    exceed the maximum distance, they will be sent through the parcel service
    Uno Express, please select in the "delivery" option, the
    nearest branch to you.

  • Orders placed outside of our business hours will be
    processed the next business day, during store hours up to a maximum of
    8:30 pm (as long as it is conventional delivery).

  • Orders placed during the hours of operation of the
    store, will be processed in a period not exceeding one (1) hour, as mentioned
    the previous paragraph, until a maximum of 8:30 pm

  • Orders shipped by Uno Express will be processed up to a
    maximum of 4.30 pm, to be withdrawn at the branch closest to your area
    the next day from 8:00 am

  • If your order was shipped in a period outside of our
    schedule, it will be processed the next business day, and it will arrive the next day as
    as stipulated in the previous paragraph.

National Shipments

  • National shipments to the provinces will be sent through
    of the Uno Express service.

  • In address, select your province, and the order will be sent to the branch closest to your address. If you have a preference, they will be

  • Orders shipped by Uno Express will be processed up to a
    maximum of 4.30 pm, to be withdrawn at the branch closest to your area

Returns and Changes

  • No refunds.

  • Changes only apply to Electric Grinders, the same will be done
    if our technical staff verifies that it came with factory defects.
    If it is diagnosed as damaged, your change will be made at no cost. remember
    Keep your invoice or proof of purchase.

Warranty

  • The guarantee only applies to electric grinders, the
